Hey again everyone out there… time for vegetarian weight loss diet post number two.

So like I said, I started to educate myself about healthy eating… I did a lot of research and learned all I could about health and nutrition… and you know it’s all really a fairly simple concept. What have humans evolved on in the past several thousands of years? What are our bodies DESIGNED to eat? We’re designed to eat natural, unprocessed foods… yes including animals, hehe. While eating animal meat and fat isn’t overly bad if you don’t eat it too often… the conditions in which animals are brought up today are HORRENDOUS… and they’re injecting them with all sorts of growth hormones… and ugh… it’s just not something I want to be putting in my body anymore.

So yes, back to the point. How do you maintain your body the way it’s supposed to be maintained? How do you keep in good health… prevent cancers… arthritis… heart disease? You eat what you’re meant to eat… healthy NATURAL foods… that means stuff that comes directly out of the ground. Think you don’t have too vegetarian diet plan options… well you’re wrong. Vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, grains… etc… you have so many options to eat healthy and give your body what it needs. Think you won’t get enough protein on a vegetarian diet? Wrong again… beans and nuts in particular are great protein rich foods, and there are some great vegetarian weight loss meal plans out there which provide your body with everything it needs.

Phew… well I’m all typed out for today… I hope you enjoyed my rant. Stay tuned for more vegetarian weight loss diet info, and learn about where you can find some great weight loss diet plans and diet recipes! Also get ready for my secret on where you can find the BEST vegetarian weight loss diet.

Hello World, and welcome to Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet!

My name’s Carol, and I started Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet to try to help to inform others about this incredible diet alternative.

First, let me give a little background on myself and how I got into this vegetarian diet plan thing. After moving out of my parents house at 20 years old, my eating habits started to go way downhill… I didn’t have good old mom to cook all my meals for me anymore, and I started eating takeout almost everyday.

Well guess what… my metabolism started catching up with me, and I became quite overweight a couple years down the road. Not only was I overweight, but I felt lethargic all the time, and I didn’t look very healthy. It sucks not only being overweight, but having little energy to move your fat body around too!

So I eventually had enough and wondered what I was doing to myself… I needed some sort of healthy weight loss diet. Before I really got into the whole weight loss diet plan thing though, I really started to educate myself on nutrition… and that’s what I want to talk about in this post.

Nutrition is so incredibly important, and so many of us in North America just don’t pay any attention to what we’re putting into our bodies. We want something fast, easy, and that tastes good… that’s all we tend to think about. Well that usually leads one to fast food and a lot of red meat… nope… I’m on a total vegetarian weight loss meal plan and feeling great!

Anyway, so even if you’re not eating tons of fast food or red meat, you’re still in danger. Most of the companies that supply us with food on this continent don’t care about our health… they care about making money. So they put all sorts of crap and chemicals in our food to make it last longer, and to make it taste better. Your grocery store is a danger zone if you’re buying processed foods… salty snacks… and well almost anything else that’s in there.

The more I learned about what I was putting in my body on a daily basis, the scarier things got. I’m done writing for today though, so stay tuned to read about how I started to educate myself on healthy natural eating and vegetarian weight loss plans.
